Refund policy

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order and return any item within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be unopened, unused and still sealed in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, perfumes and cosmetics that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

How to return

Contact us at rbiz.ltd@gmail.com with your order number to start a return. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item. We recommend using a tracked service.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we will refund you to your original payment method within 14 days. Free samples do not need to be returned.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged, leaking or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund, including any postage costs. This does not affect your statutory rights.
