About our perfumes
Are your perfumes genuine?
Yes. Every bottle we sell is a genuine Yodeyma Paris Eau de Parfum, brand new and sealed in its original box.
What is Eau de Parfum?
Eau de Parfum (EDP) is a stronger type of perfume than Eau de Toilette, so a few sprays go a long way.
What sizes do you sell?
Most of our perfumes come in 50ml and 100ml. Pick your size on the product page.
What is the Niche Collection?
The Niche Collection is Yodeyma's more luxurious range, with richer, deeper scents.
How do I make my perfume last longer?
Spray on pulse points like your wrists, neck and behind the ears, and don't rub it in. A light spray on your scarf or clothes helps too.
Offers and samples
Do I really get free samples?
Yes. Every order comes with 2 free perfume samples, chosen by us, so you can try something new.
How does Buy 2, save 10% work?
Add any 2 or more perfumes to your basket and 10% comes off automatically at checkout. No code needed.
Delivery
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on every UK order with Royal Mail Tracked 48. Express delivery is also available at checkout.
How long will my order take?
We usually send orders within 1-2 working days. Tracked 48 normally arrives 2-3 working days after that.
How do I track my order?
We email your tracking number as soon as your order is sent.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not at the moment. We only deliver to UK addresses.
Returns and problems
Can I return my perfume?
Yes, within 14 days, as long as it is unopened and still sealed. For hygiene reasons we can't take back opened perfume unless it is faulty. See Delivery & Returns.
My order arrived damaged or leaking. What do I do?
Email us within 7 days with a photo and your order number, and we'll sort it out.
Paying and trust
How can I pay?
You can pay by card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna at checkout. Payments are handled securely and we never see your card details.
