- All orders are sent with Royal Mail Tracked 48, usually arriving in 2-3 working days after dispatch. You'll get a tracking number by email.

Free samples
Every order comes with 2 free perfume samples, chosen by us, so you can discover new scents.
Returns
- You can return any item within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it is unopened, unused and still sealed in its original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons we can't accept returns of perfumes that have been opened or used, unless they are faulty.
- To start a return, contact us with your order number. Once we receive the item back, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days.
- Return postage is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
Faulty or damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking or faulty, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement or a full refund. This doesn't affect your legal rights.
